We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost or an exchange. Store credit will be offered after 14 days of receipt up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise. We cannot accept returns over 30 days after receipt of merchandise. Your refund will be processed less the original shipping cost.

You can also call us to receive a FedEx prepaid return label via email. If using our FedEx return label, you will be credited back for your item, less a $5.95 return shipping and handling fee, upon the receipt of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you are using an alternative carrier make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.

All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly, with original packaging, and cannot get damaged on the way! We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on SORORITY BOOTS, WALL PRINTS, DECALS, SORORITY JEWELRY, CLEARANCE products, as well as any other final-sale merchandise, personalized items, special-order items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear.

EXCHANGES

If you would like an item replaced for a different size or color, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order and return your prior item via the above policy.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

As an online business our prices and sales promotions change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In the event that pricing or promotions have changed after your order was placed, we will not be able to refund the difference. We do not accept expired discount codes or multiple discounts per order.
