DressEmpire.com does not accept returns for any reason.
At DressEmpire.com we value our customers and will work with you to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. Purchasing a designer dress is a large commitment and we want you to have confidence in your decision to shop with us. To minimize damage claims, each dress is thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse and upon arriving to the shipping office. Before any dress is shipped to a customer it is inspected again and photographed.

International Orders
Any customs fees and/or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer and non-creditable.
How to Use Store Credit
To use your store credit, place your order via phone or live chat. Please have your previous processing order and/or RA number available.
Any remaining balance will be applied to your account for later use.
Please note: Dresses purchased with store credit are final sale and cannot be returned.
Sizing Complaints
Dresses are sized according to the designer’s specifications. Please refer to the designer’s specific size chart to determine the best size before placing the order. Keep in mind that dresses are not custom-made and may need to be altered in order to achieve an ideal fit. You can refer to the sizing information or contact customer service for more assistance.
