Elite Jewels should definitely exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied Elite Jewels willingly extends its 30-day fulfillment pledge to you, our valued customer.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the following steps;

  1. Contact customer service informing us of the return.

  2. Complete the return form. Click here to download
  3. Secure your item including all original packaging materials including;
    • Diamond certificate (if applicable)
    • Return form
    • Any other documentation included in the original packaging
  4. Send the package by registered mail. Be sure to insure the package for the original amount. Elite Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

**EliteJewels.com strongly suggests that you not make any written mention of the contents in your package, this includes words or phrases containing the words Diamonds, Jewellery, Gold etc… **Conditions of our 30 Day Return Policy

– All diamond or jewellery merchandise being returned must be unaltered and in the original packaging. Merchandise must be accompanied with all documentation originally sent including all original diamond certificates, appraisals, gift boxes, return form and the original invoice. Returned merchandise which has been damaged, altered or which is not returned in the manner set forth will not be accepted.

– All returning merchandise must be shipped postage prepaid via registered mail or by Federal Express and insured for the full purchase price. EliteJewels will not be held liable for any packages not sent in this manner, nor shall we accept liability for lost or damaged parcels.

– If the merchandise you purchase included a special offering, the incentive item must also be returned in its original packaging along with all certificates or documentation provided. Should you wish to keep the special offer, than you may elect to have the cost subtracted from your refund.

– Custom work, special orders and engraved items are not refundable or exchangeable. A jewellery item, which has been engraved, may qualify for return only if the engraved script does not correspond to your original request.

– All designer wedding bands & designer rings have a $50 USD restocking charge.

Time Frame for Returns

– All returned items must be inspected by one of our jewelry experts to verify the condition of the item.
– Please allow 4-6 business days upon receipt to process return.
