Changed your mind? No problem! We want you to love your purchase, so we’ve made returns quick, easy, and FREE.

Return Policy (Canada Only)

We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at the discretion of eLUXE and, if accepted, will only be refunded as store credit. Final Sale items may not be returned. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns without an authorized Returns Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number. 

A prepaid UPS shipping label is included in all applicable orders shipped within Canada. Your return must arrive at eLUXE within 14 days of the date you received it. Please allow 5 days transit time.

Return Instructions

Making a return is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days. NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED R.M.A. NUMBER.

Receiving Your R.M.A.

  1. Sign into your eLUXE account, click on the ‘Details’ tab of the order you wish to return from, and click ‘Return’ on the right hand side of the page.
  2. Select the pieces you would like to return and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back.
  3. To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Note: if a promotional code was used, you may not be credited via the original payment method used (please see the Terms & Conditions of the Promotional Code used at the time of your purchase).
  4. After clicking ‘Submit’, and you will receive an email confirming your request for an R.M.A.
  5. Within 48 hours you will receive an email from eLUXE containing your R.M.A. number, and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or eLUXE account. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Other Important Information

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on eLUXE. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at 1-888-546-4687.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned new, unused, and with all eLUXE and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Beauty, Undergarments and Earrings

For hygienic reasons, beauty products (skincare, cosmetics, nail, hair care, and fragrance), undergarments (underwear and brassieres) and earrings are Final Sale.

Returns & Exchanges (U.S.A. & International)

At this time, all orders to the U.S.A. and outside the country of Canada are Final Sale (i.e. no returns permitted). We are working hard on amending our policy, and kindly ask for your patience and understanding at this time.
