Easy Returns within 14 Days
We know how hard it is for you to find that perfect handbag and understand that sometimes when you buy a handbag online, you may not always be satisfied with what you get in the mail. Although we are confident you will love all of our products, Emilie M is about unparalleled customer service and will gladly authorize returns of merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. We also accept exchanges up to 30 days of receipt of your order.
How does it work?
You may request return authorization by emailing us at info@emiliemshop.com. Please make sure to include or have available a copy of your order number. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid FedEx Smartpost return shipping label to send the merchandise back to us. You may give the package to any FedEx location.
If you are requesting an exchange, please note in your original email which style you would like instead. Please make sure to include color.
Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please note that there is a return fee of $9.95 per item that will be deducted from your credit. This return fee covers restocking and shipping back to the warehouse. Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, we will email you to let you know it has been received. We then issue the credit on the next business day. From this time, it takes up to 3 business days to show up on your credit card account.
Any Restrictions?
Your return request must be made within 14 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued.
Unfortunately, the Essentials Box may not be returned or exchanged and are not refundable unless it is received damaged or defective.
Although we love mail, please do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
