I want to return my order, what do I do?

If your order is unwanted, it’s ok to change your mind. We’ll accept returns up to 28 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:

  • All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a resaleable condition
  • Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
  • Postage costs are covered by the customer (a £2.99 postage charge will be deducted from your refund)

If your order is faulty, please let us know as quickly as possible.

How to return an item in store:

You can return products bought online to any of The Entertainer stores as long as you take a copy of your email confirmation with you.

How to return an item by post:

  1. Contact us on 0333 320 5100 as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return
  2. Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
  3. Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
  4. Download and print out this prepaid postage label, attach it to your parcel and take it to your local post office

How to return large or heavy items:

Please call us on 0333 320 5100 for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. For unwanted items there may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items.

Can I return my order to a store?

You can return an online order to any of The Entertainer stores as long as you take a copy of your confirmation email with you.

This applies to all online customers, including those who ordered directly from TheToyShop.com and those who ordered from The Entertainer via Amazon, Play or eBay.

I’ve lost my receipt, can I still return a toy to you?

All of The Entertainer stores will ask for a receipt before they accept a product back.

However if you’ve lost your receipt we will accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

Can I exchange one toy for another?

If you return an item to us and ask for an exchange, we will issue a refund to you and advise that you should then order the toy that you would like.

Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?

If you’ve changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it.

In most cases this will be our £2.99 standard postage charge, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you have received the wrong item or there is a fault with it, we will cover the cost for you. If this is the case, let us know on 0333 320 5100 as soon as possible.

 

How long do I have to return my order?

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return unwanted items within 28 days of delivery.

If you discover a fault with your item please contact us on 0333 320 5100 as soon as possible and we’ll offer any assistance we can.

My order is damaged, what do I do?

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or proves to be faulty please contact us as soon as possible on 0333 320 5100.

We will do our best to provide a replacement or refund.

How will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued back to the method of payment you originally used i.e. your credit or debit card, Paypal, Amazon etc

You’ve sent me the wrong thing, what do I do?

If you have received a different item to what you were expecting please call us on 0333 320 5100 and we will rectify the problem for you as soon as possible.

What is your Christmas Returns policy?

Many Happy Returns after Christmas!

Even if Santa makes a mistake and delivers the wrong present, don’t worry! Any purchase made between 20th October and 24th December 2014 can be returned before 17th January 2015, with a valid receipt (subject to normal terms and conditions).
