No Risk 30-Day Return Policy

Our generous 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to make sure the suitcase or accessory you buy is exactly what you need for your journey. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you want, you can return it to us for 30 days from the date of your delivery with no questions asked for a full refund or replacement. With free delivery on all UK orders, you really are shopping risk free!

Manufacturers’ Guarantees

In addition to the essentials4travel return policy, almost all the luggage and travel accessories in our store come with a manufacturer’s guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials. We deal with well known brands and companies with good reputations, such as Samsonite and Antler, so you shouldn’t normally have any issues, but just in case, be sure to check the product details section on the product page of the suitcase or gadget that interests you to see how long the warranty lasts for that item.

Last minute shopping

While essentials4travel would encourage our customers to give themselves a reasonable amount of time before their journeys to purchase their trolley case or carry on bag, we know that sometimes this is just not possible. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 days and items often arrive even quicker than that. However, if you need to guarantee that your luggage purchase arrives even more quickly, we have a number of upgraded delivery options that can ensure you get your accessories and. suitcase in time to do your packing. essentials4travel’s customer service team is on call to help you identify the perfect case or bag first time around, but they are also available to help you if you need to arrange a replacement. Our luggage experts are more than happy to make recommendations based on your particular travel requirements.

Our offices are open seven days a week and even over most national holidays. Unlike other companies selling in-flight accessories in the UK, we don’t shut down over the particularly busy periods. We even work right up to Christmas and New Years, helping to make sure you’re fully equipped with just the right travel bag or gadget before your big trip.
