OUR POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it, free of shipping charges, within 60 days.
Please note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for return; read below for our complete policy. Our “Free Returns Shipping” policy does not apply to giclee art shade items, Color Plus brand designs, Tiffany Color Plus brand designs, and certain large items requiring freight shipping and/or white glove handling. See below for our freight shipping return policy.
You must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us prior to return shipping your item. Please follow the instructions below.
Returns should be shipped in the original packing. There is no re-stocking fee on returned items, but there is a $50 fee for returned items with cut wires or loose crystal. Please note that Blanket Wrap items are not eligible for returns.
