eValuestores takes pride in assuring that you’re 100% delighted with your purchase.  If the item you received is not what you expected or didn’t live up to your expectations, eValuestores hassle-free return policy assures you that you’ll be able to easily return the merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price*. Please note that we are unable to refund upgraded shipping costs and that any outbound shipping charges that we originally shipped free of charge may be deducted from your refund. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some of our vendors require a restocking fee that will also be deducted from the refunded cost of the product.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.  If you refuse the order on delivery, the order will fall under our standard return policy and roundtrip shipping costs will apply and will be deducted from your refund. All returned products should be in their original packaging and have no obvious signs of excessive use or wear.  We cannot accept returns of products that have been assembled or modified, unless successful assembly is generally not possible due to missing or damaged parts. Exceptions are made for merchandise damaged in transit and products that carry a specific guarantee. What to do if an item arrives damaged.

We carefully package our merchandise to assure that it is safe in transit, but occasionally some packages might arrive looking a little worse for the wear.  If an item appears damaged, please click here for support.

For merchandise that is delivered by truck freight, if your package looks damaged in any way upon arrival at your location, we recommend you notify the package delivery person when you sign for the delivery and note on the delivery slip that the package is damaged.  If the package appears to be severely damaged, you may refuse delivery.  If you do refuse delivery, let us know right away so we can expect return delivery and get your replacement out to you as soon as possible.

If you accept the package and discover that there are parts missing or damaged, contact us right away so that we can ship you the replacement parts.  Time is of the essence here, because package freight companies typically only offer a 48 hour window to make a claim, so be sure to contact us right away if there is a problem.  If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the freight carrier pick up the package and we will ship you out a replacement.  All returned products should be repacked in their original packaging.

If you decide that you do not want replacement parts or a replacement product, you can usually return the merchandise under our standard return policy. If the product arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, and it cannot be fixed with a replacement part or replacement product, we will refund the entire cost of your purchase, including any shipping charges. Information About Flooring Returns.  

A flooring purchase consisting of four boxes or more can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that a 20% manufacturer restocking fee applies. Trim pieces are non-returnable. As with many of our products that are offered with free shipping, be aware that if you return one of these products, round trip shipping costs may be deducted from your return refund. If you decide that you do not want replacement parts or a replacement product, you can usually return the merchandise under our standard return policy. Shoes, Bags and Baggage Return Information

If the shoes you purchased are not what you expected because they don’t fit right, don’t look the way you hoped they did, or if you simply changed your mind, our Hassle Free Shoes, Bags and Baggage return policy has got you covered! With our return guarantee, you may return any unworn or unused merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the product for a Hassle Free refund of the full purchase price.

Clearance Items Return Information

If the item you have purchased is a returned product, please be aware that the package will likely show some signs of wear, this is typically the result of the item being previously shipped. Clearance items cannot be returned for showing signs of shipping wear and tear. However, if you received this item and feel there has been a major error or have some other serious issue, please give us a call. We value your business and trust and will do everything in our power to remedy the situation.
