Everest Gear Return Policy
Products can be returned for a credit to your credit card or exchanged within 60 days of the date of purchase. You must pay for the return shipping; the old post office USPS is the cheapest way. UPS next, some of those mailing places can cost alot. It is your option on how to return it.
◦Items must be in new condition with tags.
◦Used items are not accepted for return.
◦If you are returning or exchanging footwear you MUST return it in its original shoe box. Please do NOT ship in the shoe box itself, but inside another box the way it came to you.
◦We do not refund your original shipping, but just the cost of the items you ordered (If your order was over $49 and sent UPS Ground (to an address in the USA) you did not pay shipping). **
◦If you are simply returning you DO have to pay shipping to us. If you are doing an exchange we pay the shipping back to you, but you have to pay the shipping back to us. Therefore, it is like paying 50/50- an even exchange.**
◦We do NOT accept returns on climbing equipment, underwear, food or SPECIAL orders. This is for your safety and the safety of others.
PLEASE E-MAIL TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM, AS IT IS MUCH MORE efficient than phone calls. (email help@everestgear.com or reply to your confirmation email) We will send a RMA number and the shipping address. If an exception is made for returned items after 60days, we will issue a store credit. Returns are not accepted after 90 days.
By emailing your return and/ or exchange, it guarantees that there is an electronic receipt so in case your package is lost or you are concerned about your return we can look it up in a matter of seconds. This helps ensure that your items are logged and recorded, and there will not be a problem tracking or recording where your package is in the cycle. We recommend you ship via UPS, or if you choose USPS we recommend buying insurance.
