Expressions Des Bijoux aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, if you found the item(s) unsatisfactory for whatever reason, please rest assured that you may return any items you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery. Our pledge to you at Expressions Des Bijoux is that you are always totally satisfied with our service. Please note that a product can only be accepted when returned to us in its original, unused condition (including all original plastic packaging and tags).

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, Expressions Des Bijoux is happy to offer you an easy, hassle-free service; please simply complete the following steps.

Go to your Account and click on the product you wish to return, You will need to complete an online Return Form stating the reason for returning the item.

 

If you have not opened an account  with us yet, no worries, just email us your reason for returning the item at returns@expressionsdesbijoux.com , this email acts as your Return Form.

 

NOTE:

  • Items have been purchased and delivered exceeding 7 working days can NOT be returned.
  • Bespoke items and Special Orders can NOT be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.
  • Items has been purchased at our promotional show and exhibition can NOT be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

 

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging. Returned items must be returned inside the original packaging and be returned to us in the way it was delivered to you. Expressions Des Bijoux will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged in anyway.

All item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition with no signs of damage and with the security tag intact.

If any items develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs for the recovery of such items.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.

If any goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, customers should notify us by email at returns@expressionsdesbijoux.com strictly within 7days to arrange collection and return.

If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have arrived damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Expressions Des Bijoux within strictly 7 days and arrange collection and return.

Returns received outside the above time frames can be accepted at the discretion of Expressions Des Bijoux. If you return the item simply because you do not like it and you wish to exchange it for another piece of jewellery; if that has NOT been worn or damaged in anyway , Please contact us at returns@expressionsdesbijoux.com

Place the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the Return Form (RF) as well as the Original Invoice.

Make sure the outer box is completely sealed.

We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx or any other secure special delivery to return your items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any item(s) which do not reach us.

Ensure that you write the below address clearly on the paperwork that the item is being returned, and send to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning your jewellery, except when returning damaged items.

You will be given the option to have the items replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded.

All returns for any particular order must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you. Items must be         returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.

You will be charged for any difference in cost of exchanged item(s) and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Returned items can only be refunded after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Once we have received and inspect the item(s) we will refund the price of the items ,as paid by you, to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the             item(s).

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC).

Expression des Bijoux is NOT responsible for paying any shipment costs except under the stated terms above.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item Expressions Des Bijoux is happy to offer you an easy, hassle-free service. Please email us at customercare@expressionsdesbijoux.com to make the appropriate arrangements.

To secure your chosen exchange you may contact us to make your purchase by phone or online and we will refund your original item when it is returned to us.
