Extreme Pie Return Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange your goods as long as you can answer yes to ALL of the following:

1. The Refund/Exchange request takes place within 14 days from when the item was received.
2. The goods remain complete and undamaged preferably with the original packaging.
3. The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the sender, unless otherwise agreed by us.

Or:

1. If your item is faulty and under warranty.

If you wish to return or exchange your goods please complete the form to obtain a validReturns Authorisation Number (RAN).

Please note: You must enter the email address you used when ordering and returns will not be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.
