Shipping Policy
1. If an item is in stock FABLOGUE will make every effort to ship the item within 48 hours of the order receipt
2. Made to order items are shipped within 48 hrs of the end of the specified turn around time.
3. We insure all of our shipments in order to ensure that products are covered during transit.
4. Once we ship the item, we will send customer an email with the tracking number of the package.
Return Policy
1. Most items, unworn and in the original condition(with all tags attached as well as the packaging) are returnable within 14 days from the day order is received by the customer.
2. Some high-end made to order items are not returnable. Please read the description of the product to make sure you understand the return policy of the product you are ordering.
3. We at FABLOGUE make every effort to make sure our shipments are free of errors and manufacturing defects. On rare occasions errors do occur. If we ship you the wrong product or you discover manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us within 14 days of the receipt of the item. We will make arrangements to repair the item or exchange the item in case of an error in shipment.
