All returned merchandise must be in mint condition , in the original manufacturer’s packing with all included items it originally shipped.

You DON’T need to contact Customer Service for prior approval on returns when shipped back within 14 days from when it was shipped to you, or 30 days for exchanges.

How to return an item
Please package the item being returned with all included items it was originally shipped.
2) Package the item in a manner that it shouldn’t get damaged during shipping.
Include a copy of your original packing slip, and fill out the “Return Form” in print.
Specify clearly in print the reason you are returning/exchanging the the item.
For your protection insure the package and ship regular shipping via a traceable method.

Refunds are usually processed within one week of receipt.
Expect a delay of up to one week on refunds for post Holiday returns.
Please allow up to 72 hours “thereafter” for the refund to reflect on your account.
For repairs, we will contact you with an estimate before making any repairs.
