If you would like to return a product, we will gladly accept your return within 90 days of initial delivery and issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) with the following conditions:

  • Product is not used or past its expiration date.
  • Product is returned in the same condition you received it with the original box and packaging intact.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a product defect or a fulfillment error by MyFavoritePetShop.com.

Return Authorization Number

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. This number will be provided to you when you contact our Customer Care Team by telephone or email prior to shipping your return.

Packaging Your Returns

Make sure to include your name, address and your Return Authorization Number inside the package. Package the items securely to prevent damage during shipment.

Shipping Your Returns

We recommend that you ship your return using a traceable method. Keep the tracking number to monitor the status of your return shipment. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless: (1) the item is defective, or (2) MyFavoritePetShop.com has shipped you the wrong item. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries and we are not responsible for lost return shipments that did not include a traceable shipping method. Please send your return to:

Damaged Items
