WEBSITE RETURNS

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment. If replacement goods are required, these should be re-ordered directly from our website as replacements will not automatically be sent.

Returns by Post

Returning an item(s) to us couldn’t be easier! Simply fill out the returns information below and post it back to us. Please ensure you item(s) are securely packed and properly labelled. Enclose the item(s) with your completed returns form in the delivery bag. Should you have any issues, please contact us via email at customerservices@footasylum.com, and we will be happy to help.

  • UK CustomersPlease return using the returns label on the reverse of your shipment notice. The cost of returning item(s) to us is £2.50. You will not have to pay at the post office to return the parcel, but £2.50 will be deducted from the amount we refund to you (unless you are returning a faulty item which is free of charge). If you choose to use any other returns method, you will be liable for the full cost and you will need to claim from the postal courier you choose should the returned item(s) be lost in transit. Please retain the receipt provided until your refund has been processed.
  • International CustomersFollow the returns by post instructions above and return parcels using your local postal services to the address on the reverse of your shipment notice. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please retain the receipt provided until your refund has been processed.

FREE Returns to Store

If you’ve paid for your order using a Credit/Debit Card or a Footasylum Gift Card, you can return your order to any Footasylum store for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Remember to bring your Shipment Notice with you as proof of purchase along with the card you paid with. The cardholder will need to be present. You do not need a returns authorisation number to return to store.

Please note that eBay orders and orders paid for by PayPal cannot be returned to store and must be returned by post following the procedure above.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE

Our returns policy is clearly displayed at the till point and is reiterated on your receipt.

All returns which are purchased in store must be returned to store and NOT to our head office

If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase you’ve made in one of our stores, please return the goods back to store within 14 days of purchase. Provided the goods are in an unused and saleable condition and you have a valid receipt or proof of purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or a gift card which can be used at any time over the next 12 months.

However, we do not offer refunds for items purchased in our stores unless the items are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS INFORMATION

Online purchases

If you’re buying Christmas presents from us online, don’t worry if the gift turns out to be not quite right, all gifts purchased between 25th October 2013 and 24th December 2013 can be returned anytime up to 31st January 2014, which should give you plenty of time to get any little problems sorted.

Instore purchases

Our Footasylum stores will be offering Christmas Gift Receipts between 25th October 2013 and 24th December 2013. We are happy to exchange unwanted items purchased during this period if they are returned in their original condition with a valid proof of purchase up to and including 10th January 2014.

 

No returns will be accepted in store between 26th December 2013 and 28th December 2013 inclusive so that we can maintain a high level of customer service in store during this busy period. Footasylum are unable to offer refunds for purchases made instore except where goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
