  • Do you offer 30 days Satisfaction Guaranty?

    Yes, you can return any product you purchased from to us within 30 days of delivery. Please go online and request a RMA #. You will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions for return.

  • What is Gadgets-N-Gizmos’s return process?

    Please follow the three easy steps for exchanges or returns:

    • Log on to your account and submit a RMA request. Our customer service staff will process your request within 24 hours and email you a RMA instruction and shipping instructions. RMA request should include the following information: Order number, SKU, the reason of the return. You can choose to have a replacement or get a refund.
    • Ship the item back to us after you get the RMA authorization. Please note the returned item must be accompanied with the complete original packing materials and all the accessories and parts. The shipping address will be provided on your RMA authorization. You need to pay for the returning shipping cost. Please also provide the tracking number of the returning shipment. We won’t take responsibility for any missing return shipment.
    • Receive the replacement item or get a refund. Upon receiving your returned products, Gadgets-N-Gizmos will send you an email confirmation and will mail the exchanged item or refund within 1-3 business days.
  • Can I return products without requesting RMA?

    All returns need to apply with our customer service for an authorization first. Please follow the RMA instructions to speed up the process. It will also help you to get the refund faster. Please feel free to contact customer service for return.

  • How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization?

    First, please submit your RMA request online. customer service center will send you an RMA # within 24 hours.

  • What is the time limit to submit a RMA request?

    The time limit for submitting your RMA request will be within 30 days of delivery day. For products covered by warrenty, it can be returned with a RMA # during the warrenty period.

  • What situation does not qualify for a RMA approval?

    RMA request will be rejected for the following reasons:

    • 30 days after the delivery date.
    • The damage is a customer induced damage which includes but not limited to damage caused by insufficient, incorrect or forceful operation of the product, by failure of following the operating instructions, by overloading, by chemical or electrolytic action, or by the use of spare parts from an outside source.
    • The product is not sold by Gadgets-N-Gizmos.
  • Can I submit a RMA request if the whole order has not been received?

    If your order is not received for over 30 days as of the delivery date, or your orders have been received but there are items missing, wrong item or damaged issues. Please contact the Help Center first and we will contact you within 24 hours.

  • Do I need to pay for the shipping cost for a authorized return?

    Yes. Customer needs to pay for the return shipping cost. We will provide you with the return address.

  • How much is the shipping cost for returns?

    The return shipping cost will depend on your local postal office. You can inquire the international freight cost in local post office. Here is an example:

    Yes, please include the RMA # issued by Gadgets-N-Gizmos with your returning products. It will speed up the refund process with a RMA #.

  • Is it necessary to offer tracking number for the returned products?

    Yes, it is necessary to track the returned product due to internationally shipping. It is customer’s responsibility to provide the tracking of any returned package. We are not responsible for any missing mail package.

  • How can I receive the refund?

    PayPal refund will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the return. You will receive a PayPal confirmed E-mail after it is processed.
