At Gaffos.com our return policy is simply, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item no questions asked within a 30 day period. Don’t worry the 30 days starts from the day you receive the order.
Returning is easy, just fill out our RMA form online http://www.gaffos.com/rma.html and you will receive a return shipping label via email. Just place the item in a box with your original packing slip or invoice and a Gaffos.com returns specialist will take care of your return in a timely manner.
If you were only looking to exchange the item (for a different size or color ) you have up to 45 days to do so (shipping charges may be incurred). After 45 days has passed from your order delivery, there will be NO refunds or exchanges. For more information please contact info@gaffos.com. Thank You.
PRESCRIPTION RETURN POLICY:
Normal return shipping dates apply, however we do not provide free return shipping on prescription glasses. All you have to do is fill out an RMA form and enclose a copy in your package.
Please note that ALL perscription lens fees, no matter the reason for return, are non-refundable and the original demo lenses must be returned with the glasses. Please read as this policy as it is non negotiable.
