We offer no-hassle returns. You may return all Ganesh Mall items within 30 days . Your return package must be post-marked within 30 days of the date you received your items.
RETURN POLICY
We will credit you your total purchase price less the amount Ganesh Mall incurred for shipping the product(s) to you. Ganesh Mall does not cover your return shipping costs. The refunds are issued in 3-5 business days after receiving the package.
Note: Please make sure that your return is post-marked within 30 days of delivery. Returns later than 30 days will not be accepted. Service fees such gift wrap fee are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS
Enclose your packing slip and the unused merchandise in a package securely, then ship to the address below within 30 days of your purchase date. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non refundable). If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS / REFUSED DELIVERY
Most orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. The shipping company will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or due to refused delivery, your order will be subject to our return policy as follows: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a credit on the amount you paid less shipping and handling (both ways). This rule applies under both refused delivery and failed delivery attempts.
