If GigaGolf clubs are not everything we say they are or simply do not work for your game you can send them back for an exchange or a refund.

30 Day Play Guarantee

Build and buy your clubs online, play them for 30 days, if they do not meet your expectations you may return them and we will refund your credit card. This simple straight forward guarantee is intended to take 100% of the risk out of the buying decision. Not only does our 30 day play guarantee give you a chance to see the workmanship and quality we put into every club we build, it also lets you know what your new equipment can do for you on the course.

Holiday Extension – 30 Day Play Guarantee Extension
Clubs purchased between 12/1/2014 and 12/31/2014 may be returned under the 30 day play guarantee until 1/31/2015. We make this exception so that you can buy for the holidays without the risk of not being able to return your purchase.

All clubs (custom and standard) are eligible for the GigaGolf 30 Day Play Guarantee regardless of shaft, grip or lie adjustments. GigaGolf wants you to be happy with your clubs and play better golf. Lie adjustment and shaft selection is a critical part of that equation.

Certified Pre-Owned and Closeout products are not covered under the 30 Day Play Guarantee, but are covered by our 1 year warranty.

Price Guarantee

The GigaGolf web site offers the lowest price. Our price guarantee stands behind that claim by offering to match and refund the difference if you find a lower price on an identical item within 30 days of purchase. The price guarantee includes a lower price that might be the result of a sale or promotion through the GigaGolf website.
