NO FUSS RETURNS POLICY

At Giggleberries we hope that you are delighted with your order and we want you to be 100% happy with your items and our service.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us at any timeprovided they;

  •   – are in their original unused condition
  •   – have all of the manufacturers labels attached
  •   – are returned with a copy of your recipt

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

  • – Complete the returns form on the back of the shipping note you recieved with your order.
  • – Return the product to us in its original and unused condition to Giggleberries (RETURNS) Unit 126 The Turbine Shireoaks Business Triangle Coach Close Worksop Notts S81 8AP UK.
  • – Ensuring the parcel is properly sealed with the completed Returns Note enclosed.
  • – You should obtain and retain Proof of Postage (We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit)

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOUR HAVE RETURNED YOUR ITEMS

We will notify you by email on receipt of your returned parcel. Please allow 30 working days for your refund, exchange or replacement to be processed.

Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded*

In the event items listed on the Delivery Note do not match those contained in your parcel; or goods are received damaged or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately (within 2 days) by calling Customer Services on +44 (0)1909 512155 (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm).
