Free regular domestic shipping via USPS on all orders!
We offer FREE regular domestic shipping via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail on all orders! Delivery may take between 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping (By FedEx Overnight) in USA is $ 36.00. Delivery may take 1-2 business days.
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within the 30 days. If you received a product and simply wish to return it we will not be able to refund the actual shipping fees. We refund the shipping fee only if you received a damaged product. We do not accept returns or exchange requests after 30 days an order is delivered. Also, most of the ladies gold rings come in standard ring size of six or seven and men’s rings comes in size of nine or ten. If you need a ring size other than these stocked ring sizes, we need to re-size the ring. We charge 20% restocking fee on re-sized ring returns.
You must contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number by email.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please be informed that we ship all international orders within 5-7 business days they are received (Not the next day due to additional processing times our international orders need).
Regular international shipments from our warehouse in U.S.A to any international destination can take between 2-4 weeks.
We ship all of our regular international orders via USPS International Registered Mail. Although this service is slower then other methods, it offers the highest security.
Please consider these longer shipping transition times for your expected arrival dates.
If you wish to receive your order faster, we advise you to upgrade your shipping method to International Express Mail which can be delivered within 7-9 business days to any international destination.
We ship to major international cities except Singapore.
International Regular Shipping (Including Canada) is $36.00 (via USPS International Registered Mail) and may take 2-4 weeks to deliver.
International Express Shipping is $48.00 (via USPS International Express Mail) and can be delivered in 7-9 business days.
