We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

– We offer a 30 Days – no quibble returns policy.

– For added peace of mind we also include Freepost returns label for UK Orders.

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we realise that isn’t always the case. Therefore we are delighted to offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy to ensure you are happy with your order and our service. You will need the Returns Form that you received with your original purchase and all items must be in a new and unused state.

Please read on to find out how it works.

I want to exchange an item for a new size

Option 1 – Fast Exchange

• The fastest way to receive the right size is to place a new order via the GolfGarb website for the preferred size and we will send it out swiftly.
• In the meantime, return your original purchase to us with its original packaging and labels. Include your completed Returns Form, stating that you would like a refund.
• We will return the monies to your account within 7 working days.
• Replacement forms can be downloaded here.

Option 2 – Standard Exchange

• Send the original item back to us with its original packaging and labels and a completed Returns Form. Use the form to indicate which size you would like.
• We will organise and send out the replacement within 7 working days of receiving your package.

I want to exchange an item for a different product

• Place a new order on the GolfGarb website for the product you require and we will send it out swiftly.
• In the meantime, complete your Returns Form indicating that you would like a refund for your original item and send it back to us, along with your original purchase, its packaging and labels.
• Please do use the Reason Codes on the form to tell us why you would like an exchange.
• We will organise the refund to your account within 7 days.
• Replacement forms can be downloaded here.

I want to return an item for a refund

• Please circle R on the Refund Box on your Returns Form and send it to us, along with your original purchase, its packaging and labels.
• Do give us as many details as possible for the reason for return and use the Reason Codes on the form.
• Replacement forms can be downloaded here.

I need a new copy of the returns form

– Please download and print out a new copy of the Returns Form here. You will need Adobe Acrobat to read it

I have recieved the wrong item

– In the very rare case that you have been sent the incorrect item please contact us straight away by email or telephone (01225 745758) and we will try to correct the problem immediately.
