GolfOnline UK Return Policy
At GolfOnline we like to make sure that you have had the best shopping experience possible from start to finish.
During the festive period, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind, so we are offering all our customers anEXTENDED RETURNS period until the end of January 2015. In addition to this we are GOING THAT EXTRA YARD with a FREE RETURNS SERVICE for orders delivered within the MAINLAND UK. So for any items purchased between now and December 24th 2014, if the Christmas present purchased is not the right item you can return it to us until January 31st 2015 for a refund or exchange.
The Returns Service will be completely Free for Mainland UK Customers. Unfortunately due to costs limitation and surcharges we are unable to offer this Free Returns Service for orders delivered to the following regions:
- Channel Islands
- Scottish Highlands and Isles
- Isle of Man
- BFPO
- Europe and Rest of the World
Conditions of Returns:
The returned item(s) must be in the original packaging with all of the tags still attached and in perfect condition to enable us to sell them again. The return must be packaged securely before sending so they do not get damaged in transit. All returns to GolfOnline will need a unique RMA reference number.
The item(s) you wish to return can either be sent via Royal Mail or collected by Parcel Force. On approval of the return request we will give you your unique RMA reference number an notify you the way of returning the package as there are limitations for both of above couriers as follows:
Royal Mail Returns
If the package is being returned via Royal Mail we will email you a returns label that you will need to print and attach to the package. The package then needs to be taken to your local Post Office branch where you will be given a receipt for the parcel and it will be fully trackable until it is signed for by our returns department. This receipt is the proof that it has been returned, without this we are unable to process any exchanges or refunds should your parcel go missing. Maximum Parcel Size / Weight Kg – 610mm x 460mm / Below 3Kg. Please note that you DO NOT have to pay anything to the post office. This service is FREE for you & Royalmail will charge us.
Parcel Force Returns
On agreement of a suitable day to have this package collected from the address specified, the package will need to be handed over to the driver and signed for. Collections can only take place Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays etc) and anytime between 09.00am and 18.00pm. The courier cannot give specific time of collection. Will pick up any other items that go above the Royal Mail limitations
