Gorjana Return Policy

The following shipping policies apply for all purchases made on this Website. All goods purchased from the Website are F.O.B. at our fulfillment center. The risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier. For returned items,gorjana does not take title until the item arrives at our fulfillment center.

Shipping within the U.S.

Orders for shipments within the U.S. will be processed typically in 1-2 business days from your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. Please allow an additional 1-6 business days for UPS Ground shipments.

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. gorjana offers free shipping within the U.S. and Puerto Rico on all orders of $75 or more. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied. Purchases of gift certificates do not count towards the free shipping offer. Goods will be shipped using UPS Ground, except that shipments to P.O. boxes will be sent via USPS.

As a California corporation, gorjana is required to collect local and county sales tax for all orders shipped within California. An additional county tax is charged to orders shipped to addresses in Orange County, California.

Expedited Shipping

Any orders that require expedited shipping must be placed before 12-noon PST to ensure being shipped out that day. Fees for expedited shipping vary depending on the delivery address and the services requested.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $15.00. Delivery times are estimated to be 14-21 business days, but please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs.

The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees that may be applied by the destination country. gorjana shall not be responsible for any problems encountered with delivery due to customs procedures or clearance. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, to our international carriers or to customs or postal authorities, in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. For example, for gifts, customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package. You also understand that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Tracking

Shipments sent by UPS can be tracked by visiting UPS.com and entering the tracking number sent in the email confirming your order’s shipment. It may not be possible to track orders shipped to an address outside the U.S.

All international shipments can be tracked by visiting ppxtrack.com.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be referred to as gift certificates, gCards, or virtual gift cards.

• You may redeem your gift card by logging into your account and entering the card number as it appears on the card (including hyphens) into the provided space.
• Gift cards do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable only on the Website.
• Virtual gift cards are sent via email to the recipient within 24 hours of purchase date and upon successful credit verification.
• gorjana reserves the right to retract the gift card’s unique card code if an order is deemed to be fraudulent.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except in states where required by law.
• gorjana and its affiliates are not liable to replace or refund your gift card if it is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser or gift card recipient for virtual gift cards, or upon delivery of the gift card to a common carrier, whichever is applicable.
• Coupons and promotional offers do not apply towards purchases of gift cards.
• Gift cards cannot be transferred, resold or reloaded to another account once it has been applied to one online account.
• The maximum value of a gift card is $1,000.
• Gift cards cannot be applied to prior purchases.
• gorjana reserves the right to close a customer account if a fraudulently activity is made with a gift card.
• Your purchase, redemption or receipt of a gorjana & griffin gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By electing to purchase or redeem gorjana gift card, you certify that you will comply with all applicable federal and state laws to the extent permitted by law. gorjana gift cards are issued in the State of California.
