PRODUCTS UNOPENED OR UNUSED
Return within 30 days of the date of purchase and we’ll refund your product purchase in full back to the method of payment.


PRODUCTS OPENED OR USED

Return within 30 days of the date of purchase and we’ll issue a store credit in full for the original purchase price of that product. Store credit requires an online account to process the refund.

**Please note that we do retain the right to refuse a return if above policy is repeatedly abused (but that’s not you).

OUR OOPS!
If there’s any problem with your order that stems from a mix-up/damage on our end, we’ll certainly cover the shipping costs. Contact us and we’ll send a pre-paid return slip along with the necessary items — or an e-return slip to your inbox.
LOCAL GUESTS
Guests can return products (please bring web order information) directly to any of our stores, but no exchanges/refunds can take place at the time of visit. The stores will return said products to our RETURNS DEPARTMENT and we’ll be in touch quickly to properly process.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT: 

• Please log in to your account and select My Orders.
• Select the order on which the item you want to return was placed, and click Return.
• You will then be asked to select the item you’re returning and the quantity, as well as the reason you are returning the item.
• You will be sent updates as your return request is received and authorized with further instructions.

Note:  For issues like packing errors (incorrect or missing items) or damaged items, submitting a retun request isn’t necessary–just send an email to info@groominglounge.com.
