Exchanges or Returns
We offer a 28 day no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you decide you do not want an item you have ordered, just contact us and we can offer a full refund or exchange. Items must be in perfect condition although we understand that you will have tried them.
Certain items are excluded from our returns policy – these include custom made items, second hand machines and ex demo models. Also our returns policy is for items sold to domestic customers only (orders placed by a business are not covered by our returns policy). For more information, please view our terms.

Warranties
All products sold on both our websites and in–store are covered by a full manufacturers’ warranty. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as by product. Customers should refer to the product specific user manual or speak to a member of the sales team for details of individual product warranties. Please be aware that home-use products are not suitable for use in commercial locations. Use of home-use products outside of the home may invalidate your warranty.
Gift Vouchers
A Gym Company gift voucher entitles the bearer up to the printed amount worth of products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative or change given.
