Harrison Fashion UK Return Policy
We will always do our best to make sure the goods we send to you are of the best possible quality. However if you have received what you believe to be a faulty item please contact our Customer Services using the Live Chat or by email tosales@harrisonfashion.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)28 256 49822 and we will endeavour to sort out the problem as quickly as we can.
If we have made a mistake with your order, or if it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item. However if it was sent to you with other items you are not returning we will be unable to refund the delivery charges.
Goods purchased as part of a special offer or at a discounted price will be refunded at the price paid.
We will refund or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt.
Your refund or exchange will only be processed once we have received your goods. Once received, goods in their original condition will be refunded using your original method of payment.
If we don’t have the requested replacement goods we will refund you. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund is complete. However you can, of course, contact us before this time to confirm the receipt of returned goods if you wish to do so.
We recommend that you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your own reference.
**Please note** for reasons of health and hygiene, grooming products, products for piercings and intimate wear (underwear, swimwear and loungewear) are non-returnable
We regret that goods purchased on the Harrison website cannot currently be returned to our stores. Similarly, goods purchased at our stores cannot be returned to the website. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
