Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE: PLEASE BE AWARE, ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION/TRACKING NUMBER WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS. USPS IS OUR PREFERRED SHIPPING METHOD & WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF THEIR CURRENT SHIPMENT TIMES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELAYED IT IS DUE TO USPS AND NOT HEALTHIER POST.

1. Orders are shipped the very next business day. eCheck orders will be shipped AFTER the check clears our bank account, this process usually takes 5-7 business days.
2. Allow 7 – 10 business days from ship date for domestic (USA) delivery. Allow 14 – 28 business days from ship date for International delivery (All other countries).
3. An email is sent when order is processed and shipped with a delivery confirmation number.
4. Review your receipt for your current/correct name and address! If your order is returned because of an incorrect shipping address that was provided, you will be charged for shipping and a refund for the product ordered will be issued. If your order is shipped to an incorrect address that you entered a refund will be issued once the product is returned.

Order Cancellation
Healthier Post contracts a third party fulfillment center to ship orders. Once an order is placed, it goes out to our fulfillment center for shipping and we cannot guarantee it will be stopped. Please email support@healthierpost.com ASAP if you would like to cancel your order. We will do our best to stop shipment. If we are unable to stop shipment you must request a RMA number and follow the return instructions listed below.

Returns

All unused and unopened products have a lifetime return for refund policy. All customers can return unused or unopened products for a refund anytime. Original shipping or return shipping is not included in a refund. Return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser. It is required that the customer use a delivery confirmation service and insured shipping in the event a item is lost or stolen during the return process. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the return is received at our returns department. See the REFUNDS section for complete details.

Satisfaction Guarantee/Warranty

All products in the store have a lifetime 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that you can use these products and if you are not 100% satisfied, they can be returned for a *store credit*. If the product is used, you will receive store credit or a refund at the discretion of Healthier Post. Original shipping or return shipping is not included. If the product is completely used no store credit/refund will be given. Products returned under this guarantee MUST have at least half of the product remaining in order to be eligible for store credit.

Restocking Fee

Healthier Post contracts a third party company that assists with returned products. This company charges Healthier Post a 15% fee on returned products. Thus, all products have a restocking fee if returned. When items are returned you will receive a refund minus the restocking fee. All products have a 15% restocking fee.

Incomplete Returns

If you would like a refund for your entire purchase, the entire purchase must be returned, this includes any free products. If you do not return your entire purchase, then you will be given a refund for ONLY the products returned. Any product that is not returned when requesting an entire purchase refund will be deducted from your refund at full price.

Refunds

Refunds are given in the same way the original order was paid for. If a Gift Card/Store Credit/PayPal Account/Credit Card was used to pay for all or part of an item being returned, that part of the refund will be credited to the Gift Card/Store Credit/PayPal Account/Credit Card for use on a future purchase. For open items the refund will be given as a store credit or refund at Healthier Post’s discretion. Items damaged during shipping will either be given a refund or replacement at the discretion of HealthierPost.com

Refund Requests
If you would like to request a refund please follow the steps listed below.

1. Log into your account.
2. Click Completed Orders.
3. Click the Return Items button and follow the instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: An RMA number is required before a Healthier Brands product can be returned for refund, credit or replacement. If you would like a refund for your entire purchase, the entire purchase must be returned. HealthierPost.com products that are returned without an RMA number may be refused and automatically returned to the sender, or may result in unforeseen processing delays. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the goods are received.
