All of our products (Excluding Grillz – See Below) are unconditionally guaranteed!
- Exchanges: Defective items may be exchanged free of charge (buyer is responsible for shipping the item back)
- Refunds: If you are unhappy with an item it may be returned less Shipping & Handling charge plus a 20% restocking fee. Buyer must contact us for a return authorization number and return original item within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange, and in the same condition as it arrived.
Grillz are sold as it is without warranties of any kind. Due to the nature of this product, no returns or exchanges are allowed so please be aware of that prior to ordering. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of these grillz including but not limited to incidental, punitive or accidental damages.
Please email orders@hiphopbling.com prior to making any return. If you send an item back without emailing first, please include a note regarding your reason for return/exchange along with your order number and your phone number or email address should we need to get in touch with you.
