HIREKO 60 DAY GOLF CLUB PLAYABILITY GUARANTEE

Buy any assembled golf club from Hireko Golf and if you are not fully satisfied, return it under our 60-Day Playability Guarantee. Custom clubs are also included in our guarantee!

What Products are Covered?
Any “pro-line” assembled golf club including brand-name products and custom-assembled clubs (except the Adams Super S sale denoted in red below).

What Products are Not Covered?
Package sets, beginner clubs, golf clubheads made of zinc, alloy or aluminum, pre-owned or closeout golf products and golf balls.THE ADAMS SUPER S DRIVER SALE WITH FREE GOLF BALLS RUNNING FROM MARCH 18 TO JUNE 1, 2013 IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE 60 DAY PLAYABILITY GUARANTEE. ALL SALES FINAL ON THE ADAMS SUPER S DRIVER SALE. NO RETURNS.

How It Works
Assembled clubs can only be exchanged for new replacement clubs one-time only. No cash will be refunded. If price of the replacement product is less than the price of the original product, the difference will be provided as a store credit only.

Freight Charges
Customer is responsible for freight back to Hireko Golf. The replacement clubs will be shipped to continental US customer at a charge of $19.95 ground freight. AK/HI and International customers will be charged international carrier’s standard weight/dimension rates

The Fine Print
• The Hireko Golf Playability Guarantee is valid 60 days from the receipt date. Product must be purchased directly from Hireko Golf.
• Clubs must be returned with original components (including headcovers, if applicable). Any alteration to the club voids the 60-day guarantee.
• Clubs must be usable and resellable. Clubs returned with excessive wear or permanent damage (e.g. pop-up marks, dings, chips, etc.) do not qualify.
• Hireko Golf reserves the right to modify this program at any time without notification.
• You can only return the item once for replacement. You cannot return the replacement.

HIREKO RETURN POLICY FOR NEW AND MIS-SHIPPED PRODUCTS

New Item Return Policy
Hireko will exchange or refund new and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt. Customer is responsible for freight back to Hireko Golf. Hireko will not exchange or refund partial packs of merchandise including golf balls, ferrules, grip kits, repair tags, specification forms, impact labels, spiral roll and mandrels, replacement hook blades, through bore plugs, screw weights, counterweights, and OEM replacement adapters.

Mis-shipped Item Return Policy
Customer has 10 days to inform us of any mis-shipped products. Hireko will exchange or refund new and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Hireko will pay for the freight of the mis-shipped item back to Hireko.

How to Return Merchandise
First, call Hireko at 800-367-8912 or email support@hirekogolf.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Hireko Golf will not accept returns on items in the case of customer induced pop-up marks, dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or excessively bent shafts. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

Fine Print
• Hireko will exchange or refund new and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt.
• Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs to return base model or upgraded custom golf clubs not covered under the Two Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.
• Ground shipping will be covered by Hireko Golf on warranty and defective returns only if the defect occurs within 30 days of purchase.
• Hireko Golf will give store credit only on all approved assembled golf clubs returned.
• No COD return shipments will be accepted.
• Merchandise not available for return include: Assembled Boxed Sets, Golf Bags, Headcovers, Pre-owned Golf Clubs, Component Clubs assembled by the customer, Books, Videos and Software, Free or Promotional Goods or Personalized items.

HIREKO 2-YEAR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY

Warranty Claims/Defective Returns

Hireko Golf warrantees all applicable products for two years from date of original purchase. Even if the original manufacturer provides a shorter warranty, Hireko Golf will extend that warranty up to 2-years at no charge.

What Products are Covered?
“Pro-Line” golf clubs and components and golf shafts.

What Products are Not Covered?
Package sets, beginner clubs, golf clubheads made of zinc, alloy or aluminum, pre-owned or closeout golf products or golf balls.

What Defects are Covered Under the Warranty?
Any Breakage or deformation of product as a result of normal use. It covers all defects in components, products, and workmanship.

What Defects are Not Covered Under the Warranty?
• Normal wear and tear
• Dents anywhere except on the face of a club
• Shafts broken in the middle of the club
• Chipped paint
• Product abuse, loss, or theft
• Cracks made from legitimate contact are under warranty.
• Usage in any manner not consistent with its original intent
• Any adjustment made to the club in the form of reshafting, loft/lie, scoreline engraving, etc. will void the warranty
• Hireko Golf reserves the right to repair or replace any product at its discretion.
• Any alterations not made by Hireko Golf is not covered under the warranty and also voids the warranty.

Fine Print
Warranty repairs will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from time of receipt. If a defective product is returned after 30 days of purchase the customer pays freight both ways. Hireko Golf will replace the warrantied item with the same or one of equal value. All box and package sets are applicable to a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
