If you wish to return the product you purchased for any reason you can return it within 30 days of your order for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, unless we determine that the product received was our error. Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return a product our outbound shipping costs are deducted from your return. All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the order and in re-salable condition and in the original packing, unless instructed otherwise by us in writing. In accordance with Terms of Sales and Use the product will be inspected upon receipt prior to any refunds being processed.
