Need to return something that you have ordered? No Problem. Returns @ HSSSURF.COM are easy and FREE! We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns for a full refund for up to 90 days. If you experience issues with a particular product after 90 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Return Policy:
Items must not be worn or washed or out of the original packaging (tags must be intact). We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the items you have ordered, we will gladly refund defective merchandise. Returns are accepted on all items that meet guidelines above. At the time we do not accept exchanges for items. If you would like to make an exchange, place another order online, and we will credit you for the return as soon as it is received. This is the best way to ensure that you get the item that you would like to exchange for.
Returns with FREE Pre-Paid Return Labels:
Because we don’t think you should have to pay for returned merchandise, we proudly offer FREE pre-paid return labels via UPS. So if the items being returned meet our Return Policy your next step in our return process is to let us know via our contact form. Please follow the steps below to return your merchandise via our FREE UPS Pre-Paid Return Labels.
- Request a return label from us by emailing us at info@hsssurf.com – Please put ‘return label’ in the message title. Please include your name and order number in the message.
- Wait for your return label to be emailed to you. We are usually able to do this fairly quickly after receiving your request. However, during busy periods please allow several hours. The email will come from UPS and will include instructions.
- Print out the label and place it on either the original packaging, or any packaging you would like to provide. Place any items you would like to return inside the package along with a copy of the receipt.
- Take your package to the nearest UPS Store, or any UPS dropbox location.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. All accepted returns are refunded back to the credit card of the original transaction

IN-STORE Returns:
If you would like to make an in-store, you can return merchandise purchased from our web store at any of our 4 locations. Just bring a copy of your receipt and also the original credit card used for the order, as well as a picture ID. All returns must be refunded back to the original credit card. If card is not present a store-credit may be issued at store managers discretion.
