We hope you like everything you buy from us, but if you do need to return anything, please read the notes below.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, a different colour or a different product, we can offer a very quick turnaround with replacement items normally being sent out within one or two working days of receiving your goods. Please note that this may take longer at sale time. There is no additional delivery charge for UK exchanges.

Simply fill in the returns form on your despatch note, indicating what you would like to exchange, affix the peel-off label included in your parcel and send it back to us at hush, iForce Ltd, 200 Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4TF.

However, if you live in the UK, there is an even quicker way to get a replacement. Call us on 0844 8004108 during office hours and place an order for the replacement. We will waive any delivery charges (on UK orders) and send it out to you. You can then return the original item for a full refund. This service is NOT available during sale periods.

Returns

You may ordinarily return any products within 21 days of receipt for refund or exchange as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached.

Simply fill in the returns form on your despatch note, indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Affix the peel-off label included in your parcel and send it back to us at hush, iForce Ltd, 200 Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4TF. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

We strongly recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days.

Gift Vouchers

Items purchased with a hush gift voucher or e-voucher can be exchanged for another item or for credit back to the original voucher. Gift vouchers and e-vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or redeemed for further vouchers. Our gift vouchers never expire, and can be redeemed online or over the phone.

Gift Sets & Multi-buys

In case of part return of a gift set or multi-buy set, or similar discount, the promotion will be void and you will be refunded proportionately according to the value of goods kept.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for refund or exchange: Gift boxes, knickers, earrings, DVDs and perishable goods (like chocolate, hot chocolate, tea, soap and nail polish etc.)

Faulty Items

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty (or it is not the item you have ordered), please contact us on 0844 8004108 or email returns@hush-uk.com and we will arrange for a FREEPOST label to be sent out.

Please note that we are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.
