We pride ourselves on prompt delivery at Hype Direct and use Royal Mail to ensure the safe handling of your items. Items can be paid for using a credit/debit card through our secure server or through PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot take card payments over the phone.

We only dispatch items Mon-Fri between 9am-3pm and within 1 working day of received payment. Once payment has cleared we will dispatch your item using ‘Royal Mail Tracked’ and send you confirmation of dispatch and the tracking number. This will enable you to track each stage in the delivery process. You will normally receive your item within 1-3 working days of dispatch.
Next Day Delivery
You can also select Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ service which ensures your item is delivered before 1pm the next working day. Orders for this service must be received and processed before 3pm. This service is not available on weekends. A confirmation of dispatch and tracking number will also be provided with this service.

International Orders
All international orders are sent via ‘International Signed For’ service and must be received before 3pm to guarantee same day dispatch. All items are tracked until they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns with the simple requirements below:
• Item must be in original condition with tags still attached
• Must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Includes completed returns form included in parcel

 

Christmas Post Information (U.K.)

To ensure your purchases reach you before Christmas the cut off times for postage are as follows:

SPECIAL DELIVERY: Order must be completed before 4 pm, on 23rd December.

STANDARD DELIVERY: Order must be completed before 4 pm, on 20th December.

 

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

Gifts purchased between 18th November – 23rd December can be returned to us for exchange only up until 9th January 2015 as long as:

  • The item is in its original condition with tags still attached
  • You have included a completed returns form within the parcel you wish to return
  • You have notified us that your purchase is a gift

We do not refund return shipping or fees accrued through PayPal or credit card
If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for the postal costs to return the item to us.  We will also charge£4 for the return postage and packaging.  Once payment has been received, we will then dispatch the exchange item.
