We will accept returns up to 20 calendar days after your order is placed. Product(s) must be returned in original packaging with all components. These returns must also be pre-coordinated with a return authorization #.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and will only be refunded your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee if original packaging is missing. Fee will be waived for items that are in “Like New” (appearing to not have been used/worn) condition with original packaging. If item is in poor condition (Lint, hair, dirty, items missing, etc.), a refund will not be issued and customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to have the item returned to them. Please e-mail us prior to returning any merchandise.  We must always provide you a return authorization # and the return address first. Please do not return merchandise without prior coordination.  We will pay for any shipping and issue a full refund for any defective wraps.
