iKrush Return Policy

So you’ve received your order from IKRUSH and tried on your new purchase but you’re just not feeling it? Maybe it’s not your usual style or the fit isn’t quite right on you…it happens! But whatever the reason, if you change your mind you can return the items  to us for a refund.

We’re happy to accept returns if you post the items within 28 days after purchase. Now the fine print:- Items MUST have labels attached and be unused/worn, in original condition with no make-up, fake tan or other marks. Garment inspections are carried out on everything returned to us and so it’s really important that you take reasonable care of any items in your possession and do not remove any tags otherwise orders will not be accepted for a refund.

The Specifics

• Note your ‘order number’ on your returns form when sending anything back to us – if you don’t it can cause major delays in processing your return.
• If you happen to receive a damaged/faulty item and would like a refund, please state the fault on your returns note which you include inside the parcel. We will then examine the returned product and notify you of any refund you are entitled to via email as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. Please see T&C’s for full details.
• Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons -this applies to Earrings, Underwear and Contact Lenses and may not be indicated in the product description.
• UK Customer returns are free so a free Returns Label will be provided in your order or contact the IKRUSH customer care team who will send you one via email.
• Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service to our overseas customers. For returns made outside the UK, these must be returned at your own cost.
• For exchanges, we simply refund the cost of your item and you can place a new order on the website.
