We understand that not everything is going to fit they way you hope it will; or some products not work for you the way you were hoping. If you need to return an item here are the instructions:

15-Day Returns

Within 15 days of receiving an item you may return it for a full refund. If there was some sort of shipping error on our part or the item was defective we will cover the shipping charges, otherwise you will be responsible to pay for the shipping of the returned product.

Return Instructions

If you would like to return an item email us at help@incredibuys.com and you must include include:

  1. “Return” as the subject in your e-mail
  2. Order number
  3. Date of order
  4. Product you are returning

We will then reply back with an RMA number that you will need to include with the package.

Return Shipping

When preparing your item to ship back to Incredibuys.com, please:

  1. Make sure that your item includes the original tags and/or packaging. If you do not have the original tags, we will not issue a refund.
  2. Use the package the item came in or a similar package.
  3. Use UPS or FedEx so that you can have tracking information for your shipment. If you use USPS please use priority mail with delivery confirmation.
  4. Ship returns/exchanges to:

We will issue your refund once we receive the returned item and see that it is in brand new condition with tags and packaging included.

No returns will be accepted after 15 days of you receiving the product

Defective or Damaged Product

At Incredibuys we pride ourselves on the fact that we work with the best manufacturers in the business. If within the first 15 days after receiving your product you find a defect or it breaks, please contact us at help@incredibuys.com to request an RMA number. All returned broken or defective products must be in original condition and packaging. Return the product using the shipping address listed above. We will then inspect the item to determine if it is indeed defective.

After 15 days of you having received the item we cannot accept defective or damaged product returns.

Damaged Items

Damaged product during shipping must be claimed with the package carrier. If any items or boxes are missing or damaged you must contact the carrier. If you notice damage after the carrier has left, keep all packaging and call the carrier to return and inspect the damage. Incredibuys.com cannot be responsible for damage caused by the package carrier.

Canceling Orders

If you make a purchase and feel some instant buyers remorse, notify us immediately at help@incredibuys.com <mailto:customerservice@camofire.com>in order to cancel an order. If your order has shipped before you contact us, you’ll need to follow the Return Policy. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
