We try to make returns as hassle-free as possible. We have a simple, clearly laid out return policy found below.

For orders due to damage, shortage, or error on our end, we will gladly re-print and re-ship any items as well as cover the cost of the second shipment, the return shipment, and there will not be any additional fees.

We only accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

While we do proofread each order, the customer is ultimately responsible for the accuracy, spelling, and grammar of each invitation once they submit the order and/or approve the proof.  Please note that each computer monitor portrays colors differently, and as a result, your printed card colors may slightly vary from what you see on your screen.

We can not cancel orders that have already been sent to the printers.

DELIVERY AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt, even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not contact us and request a RMA within 30 days of delivery, to let us know of any shipping damage, we will not be able to exchange your order.

Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased, and other circumstances about the delivery.

If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Contact our customer service department immediately.
