JAG Jeans Return Policy
Don’t love it? Don’t worry- returns and exchanges are easy.
Please note we only accept returns or exchanges for garments purchased through our online store www.jagjeans.com. If your item was purchased through another retail store please address your return or exchange inquiries with them.
We accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise purchased from www.jagjeans.com in its original condition with tags attached within 60 days of the shipping date.
Please allow twenty-one (21) days to account for transit time and return processing before you receive confirmation of your return or exchange item.
Returns: To process your own return or exchange, simply login to My Account, select your order found under order history and click the “return” button at the top right of your order confirmation page. Fill out this return form to create your RMA. Once your RMA request has been approved (please allow 1-2 business days for this to process), print off the Return Label that is now available to you in My Account.
Exchanges: If you require an exchange, log into your account and process your exchange request just as you would your return but specify in the comment box what style number and size you would like back. Fill out this return form to create your RMA. Once your RMA request has been approved, print off the Return Label that is supplied to you in your account.
To use your RMA Return Label:
Print off your label that you accessed from processing your return under My Account.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund – $10 per package.

To use Another Carrier at your own cost:
Please use a carrier with tracking capabilities and send package back to the address below.
