Jans.com stands behind the goods we purvey.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the unused item in original condition and packaging.  We are happy to offer you an exchange, store credit, or full refund within 30 days of your purchase.*

If you’d like to exchange an item you ordered for something else, you may consider placing a new order for the item you want, and returning the old item for a full refund.  Placing the order for the new item ensures that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.

To return an item, please include your jans.com order number on, or in the package, and send it to:

To return an item in person, please visit any one of our locations with your receipt handy.  Our store staff will not be able to help you without your receipt.

Refunds will be applied to the credit card charged in the original purchase once the returned item has been received and inspected by jans.com. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the credit to post to your credit card account.

*Please note that at Jans, we believe buying a ski boot should be an interactive process in the store with a trained boot fitter. Jans has a long successful history of custom fitting ski boots and stands behind the value of getting our customers in the correct size and model for their needs.  If you know exactly what you want, you may purchase a boot from us online.  However, there will be no returns for any reason – no exceptions.

*All international orders are final. Due to Customs regulations we do not offer returns or exchanges on internationally shipped orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Return Shipping

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all fees associated with the return of a jans.com purchase.

If a prepaid shipping label is requested from jans.com, a flat rate of $10.00 ($30.00 for skis) will be charged for domestic returns in the continental US only. Domestic returns from outside of the continental US will be assessed charges based on actual shipping rates.

All international orders are final. Due to Customs regulations we do not offer returns or exchanges on internationally shipped orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Insurance is not provided by jans.com on products lost or damaged during return shipping. All charges related to products that are lost or damaged during return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
