What is your return policy?

At Junk Food Clothing, your satisfaction with our product is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Therefore, we want to make this process as easy as possible. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the ship date. All exchanges must be even.

Please follow the instructions below:
Each returned boxed item must have a Junk Food Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact Customer Service at 877-458-5865 or send an email towebstore@junkfoodforever.com . Please include your Customer PO# in the email, in addition to the style number and reason for return.

Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RA Number.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item.

Junk Food gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of your online purchase ship date. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. Please contact Customer Service directly for processing.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package must have your RA # clearly marked on the outside of the package and shipped to the following address:

What about Sale Items?

SALE items, $10 Tees, and Mystery Tee Packs are all final sale. No exchanges or returns will be permitted for such items.
