Our merchandise is designed to provide years of enjoyment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. We can arrange a free replacement or provide instructions on returning your order for a refund.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE FOR CUSTOM-MADE, PERSONALIZED ITEMS (unless there was an error on our part), returns may be accepted for non-personalized products.

To Replace Your Order

Please contact us with the order number and a description of the problem. Merchandise with defects will be replaced and reshipped at no charge. Quality is very important to us, so we may ask you to return samples of defective merchandise for inspection. And if your order was damaged in transit, you may need to hold on to the damaged item for inspection by the shipping carrier.

If you are unhappy with the content of your order (for example, a problem with an image or text) we can provide product credits so you can fix the problem and place a new order. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

To Get a Refund

We recommend contacting us prior to returning any merchandise, as we may be able to offer other options. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by first contacting us to be eligible for a refund.   We will provide a return address once you contact us.

We reserve the right to issue store credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 30 days after it was received.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for original or return shipping charges. Please allow two to four weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
