As a Just5 customer, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and we want you to be completely satisfied. If you would like to return your Just5 phone, we will gladly refund your money. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Steps for returning your phone:
If your phone was purchased from a retail location, it must be returned to that location and is subject to the store’s return policy.
Please return your Just5 phone in its original box with all components and materials. The phone must be in “like new” condition to be eligible for a refund.**
After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) you can ship your phone to the address below along with the RMA number and explanation of the return reason.
