GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
We will deliver your order to the address you request at checkout when placing your order. You can select to have your order sent either to your home address, work or a friend’s address. Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to pack stations or locker boxes for deliveries outside of the UK. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, however stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days from when the order was placed. For orders outside of the UK we aim for these to be delivered within 10 working days of the order placed. Please note that during Sale and promotions, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased demand.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
UK Standard Delivery – FREE.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and goods should be delivered within 3 working days of dispatch. UK Standard Delivery is currently FREE irrespective of the number of items ordered.
UK Express Delivery – £5.00
If your order is placed between Sunday 12:00pm and Thursday 12.00pm, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 12.00pm Thursday onwards will be dispatched on Monday. Express delivery is not available in some remote areas of the UK, Northern Ireland or Isle of Man, and is available on UK deliveries only.
Express Delivery cost is £5.00.
Delivery to Countries outside of UK – £10.00
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. We aim to deliver within 10 working days of your order being placed if ordering for delivery to; Eire, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands and Spain. European delivery outside of the UK cost is £10.00.
BFPO addresses – FREE.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. We aim to deliver into RAF Northolt within 10 working days of your order being placed

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your Kaliko purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the items to the Kaliko Distribution Centre for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that:
• The products are returned complete.
• Are in perfect condition and unused.
• Using the original packaging within 14 days of your order being received.
• Items must always be returned in original condition.
• We cannot accept the return of items where there is evidence that the following instructions have not been followed:
• Clothing: When trying on clothing please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
• Jewelry: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches; store in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Do not use force.
Please note that if the above conditions are not met, we may refuse to accept your return.

 

RETURNS
When returning items please follow these instructions:
• In the Returns section on your Delivery Note, tick the Refund Box.
• Detach the Returns Note along the perforated line and place inside the parcel being returned.
• Write the address on the front of the parcel; please note a preprinted label is not included.
• Take the labeled parcel to your nearest Post Office and pay the appropriate postage back to the UK.
• We strongly recommend that you send your return by a ‘signed for on delivery’ postal method.
• The parcel remains the customers’ responsibility until it reaches us. Customers will receive an email confirming receipt of their parcel once it has been accepted back into our Distribution Centre.
• Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of the parcel into our Distribution Centre for your return to be processed and your refund to commence.
• Returns postage will only be refunded if the product is faulty or if the order is returned in full.
Please note, products cannot be exchanged or refunded at any of our concessions or stores.

UK customers can also return their order via the Collect+ service. Collect+ has parcel drop points in 5,250 local stores in the UK, open early ’til late and 7 days a week, so you can return items at a time and place that suits you.Go through the same process detailed in our ‘Returns’ section of the website. Visit the Collect+ website (www.collectplus.co.uk/JVG) to purchase and print a returns label.

Take your parcel to any of the 5,250 local convenience stores offering Collect+ services. You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.

Please note: You cannot return a parcel via Collect+ to your local Jacques Vert Group store.

The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
