If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of your unworn merchandise with tags attached within 28 days of the original date of purchase for full refund of the purchase price paid in the original form of payment.

Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our facility.

Items purchased in stores cannot be returned via the website and must be returned to the store from which the item(s) were purchased. Store returns must follow that store’s return policy. Karen Millen retail stores cannot accept returns purchased online.

  • HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

    Please return your unworn item(s) with tags attached within 28 days of the original date of purchase.

    Each order comes with two copies of the packing slip document. Please enclose one copy of the document completing the Returned Quantity column with the item(s) that you wish to return. Please retain the other copy of the document for your records.

    If you no longer have the packing slip, please print a copy of your confirmation of purchase email, or enclose a covering letter detailing your order number. Please tell us why you are returning the item.

    We recommend that you insure your package and send it via a traceable courier to the below address:

    • DO YOU EXCHANGE RETURNS?

      We’re not able to offer an exchange through the website. Once a return is received a refund is automatically processed. If you wish to receive another size or item, a new order will need to be placed.

      • RECEIVED A WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM?

        We’re very sorry you have received a wrong or faulty item in your order. Please return this to us, following the steps below, for a full refund. We will refund the payment card the price paid for the item on the receipt. For faulty or incorrect items we will also be happy to refund the return cost to you, to arrange this please contact Customer Service here.
