In-Store Return Policy

We will exchange any unworn goods (excluding sale items) within 1 month of purchase.
We will exchange any unworn sale price items if returned within 7 days.
Bags and accessories cannot be exchanged.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

If any purchased goods are faulty or seen to have a manufacturing error, please return to one of our high street stores with receipt of purchase. Store addresses can be found under Customer Service tab. Once the item has been inspected by our Head Office team a refund will be issued if deemed suitable. Please note after a year from purchase date we are unable to accept any faulty items in store or online.

If items are merely unwanted we regret a refund cannot be issued and a credit note or exchange will be given.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


Web Return Policy

From the date the order was placed, we offer a 28 day return period for unworn purchases.
From the date the order was placed, we offer a 14 day return period for unworn sale priced purchases.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with any accessories or bags purchased online only, goods can be  returned for an exchange or refund under the below conditions:
– Returned items must be new and in unworn condition.
– New and unworn means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal use. We will not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Our top priority is making sure our customers are satisfied.


If any purchased goods are faulty or seen to have a manufacturing error, please return to our web store address, found below, alternatively you can email a member of the Customer Service team under the Contact Us tab. Once inspected by our Head Office if deemed suitable a full refund will be issued.

If customers wish to return any unwanted items, dispatch notes must be kept as proof of purchase. To return the parcel a returns form must be enclosed within the returned parcel, which can be found below. Customer must ensure the returns form is filled out correctly stating clearly whether an exchange or refund is required and all items are returned unworn and in their original manufacturers packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend customers use recorded mail and obtain a tracking number when shipping returned items. Kate Kuba is not responsible for lost shipments.

An e-mail conformation of the customers refund or exchange will be sent once the returned item has been received by our web store team. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be credited back into the customer’s account. Please note that if you require a refund on a product bought for you as a gift this can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.

We are not able to accept returned online orders in any of our high street stores.
Items that have been worn or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Did we make a mistake?

Hey, we’re not perfect…
If we make a mistake with your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional shipping charges.
Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of colour and detail.
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected
