Exchanges and Returns
We are always happy to exchange or refund any items for any reason, please return within 14 days of receipt if possible.
We do not charge postage when we send exchanged items back to you within the UK.
If you need to return or exchange any item please also return the delivery note that came with your order and be sure to obtain a proof of postage from your post office, just in case the package fails to reach us. The returns form is printed on the back of your delivery note.
