Kitsel aims to please and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may either return it for a refund, exchange or store credit.  All returns and exchanges must have a RMA code.

Non-sale items may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 10 business days from the day you receive your package. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. Non-sale garments must be in perfect condition, with tags attached and no sign of wear. Proof of purchase is necessary. Items that have been worn, washed or are customer-damaged will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the delivery of your new item.
We are not responsible for items that are sent to us and not received. Please send all items with tracking.  We recommend you send your packages by insured parcel or courier.

ALL Furniture, Nursery + Gear Return Policy:

Due to the custom nature of the furniture, gear and strollers Kitsel LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. If an item has been received and it is not the actual item ordered, all of the original packaging must be retained.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.  All of the original packaging must be retained.  Kitsel will arrange to have the incorrect item picked up immediately and the correct one sent.

How To Get An RMA Code:

Please go to your completed orders page and you will find the option to return or exchange.  Please fill out the form and you will receive a RMA code.
