Returning goods to us

Please see below for details of how to return your Kneease.

  1. Telephone our Customer Service team on 0800 678 5828 to advise your intention to return and obtain authorisation. Returns made without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
  2. Complete the Reason for Return form which came with your purchase.
  3. Repack the item securely, in its original packaging with the Reason for Return form.
  4. Affix the self-adhesive Returns Label, printed on the front of this form and take the item to your local Post Office.

Please obtain proof-of-posting, as we are unable to refund or replace an item without it, should your return be lost in transit

RETURNS POSTAGE

Please note that we will only refund the cost of returning the item if it proves to have a genuine manufacturing fault. Postage will not be refunded where the item is unsuitable or unwanted.
